I advice you an excellent French program for cinéphile Hi evrybody. I continue my English apprenticeship with films (see my first note) ans today I want to share two subjects with you: My yesterday evening seance and a nice French program on internet if you are a movie buff. At first, yesterday in the evening I watched Ghostbusters and English version permit to me to understand a lot of new word tricks which don't exist in the French version. I wanna share one of them with you. At the beginning of the film, Pete, Ray and Egon are in the library to see a ghost. Pete tries to speak with the ectoplasm but the ghost (an old librarian) says him Shhhhhh! So Ray says he has a plan which is to GET HER! (he screams this). The ghost frightens them and they run away fast out of the library. A few minutes later Pete teases Ray about his nice plan to GET HER! I found the scene funnier than in French. Nearly the end of the film, Gozer appears and Ghostbusters note that she's a girl and Ray suggests to speak with her. So Pete look at Ray and says him: Ray, get her? I found this link is funny ans I'm sorry it doesn't exist in French. Second point: One of the main cinema internet site in France is "Allociné.fr". On the site, you can find everything about all films (teaser, photos, etc...). There is also a video program called "Faux Raccord" in the video menu and this is the program I want to talk about. The goal of this funny program (presentators are Michel & Michel) is to analyse scene by scene a film to find "jump cut"? In French a "Faux Raccord ( =Jump cut, I'm not sure with the translation) is a link problem between two scenes in the same film. For example if an actor have red shoes in a scene and blue shoes in the scene which is immediately next. The emission deals also with cameo (Stan Lee is the boss in that), time and weather contradiction or camera reflection . So I advice this program if you like cinema and if you want to see details who didn't note at first watch and of course if you looks for a French program lo learn my language. For help I give the link. http://www.allocine.fr/video/programme-12284/ Have fun and thanks for advance for the correction of my note

What you describe as a "jump cut" is known as "continuity errors" which can be quite amusing once you have noticed them!

I advice want to share with you an excellent French program for cinéphiles

Hi everybody. I continue my English apprenticeship with films (see my first note) ans and today I want to share two subjects with you: My my yesterday evening seance and a nice French program on the internet if you are a movie buff.

At first First, yesterday in the evening I watched Ghostbusters and the English version permited  me to me to understand a lot of new word tricks which don't did not exist in the French version. I wanna want to share one of them with you.

At the beginning of the film, Pete, Ray and Egon are in the library trying to see a ghost. Nearly the end of the film, Gozer appears and Ghostbusters note that she's a girl and Ray suggests to that Pete (or Egon) speak with her. So Pete looks at Ray and says to him: Ray, get her? I found this link(? joke? )  isto be funny ans and I'm sorry it doesn't exist in French.

Second point: One of the main cinema internet site websites in France is "Allociné.fr".
In French a "Faux Raccord ( =Jump cut, I'm not sure with the translation) is a link problem an inconsistancy between two scenes in the same film. For example if an actor have has red shoes in a one scene and blue shoes in the next scene which is immediately next. The emission deals also with cameos (Stan Lee is the boss in that), time and weather contradictions or camera reflections . So I advise  recommend this program website if you like cinema and if you want to see details who didn't which you may not have noted at the first time you watched the film, and of course if you looks for a French program lo learn my language. For help Below,  I will give the link.
