I will not come tomorrow

I will not able to come to office tomorrow.I want to go my parents village for some personal important work.I hope you will consider my work off. if you can't consider my work off you can cut my one day salary accordingly or yearly one day weekend it's your choices what you will do .

I will not be able to come to the office tomorrow.  I have to go to my parents' village on a personal matter.  I hope you will consider accepting this as a day off.  If not, I'm willing  to lose a day's salary or to work a day in lieu of the one I am taking.
