Please Correct My English...

Hello, my name is Kanak and I am living live in India. and I am very passionate about my work,
but as after am observing myself recently I got to know am realizing that now a days I am have become quite lazy in my habits. about the things i do , and I do not wake up early in the morning , nor do I do not do work at proper times of the day ings, I don't know why all this is happening with me,? how I got this way (I don't know how this has happened... I dont understand why I've become lazy) 

I want to refresh the passions I have ate about for my work, and also So I will have to try to hard work harder (and stay focused) for my to ensure a bright future for myself.
In order to acquire all these things in life, I know I need to work hard on my communications skills, especially those  and also in English.

In India, the ones ose who know English very well , they only are the ones who win the battle of life success. because English is a universal language, and everyone should know this.
