About My Everyday Work

I'm working as a branch's director of the a big retail chain. My duty is to manage the of everyday's operations in my branch (almost 300 mobile shops). And I also I have to motivate all my staff and give to them realistically targets and enough resources. My The second part of my job duty is reporting to HQ about results and the situation in Moscow and to get a resources from them for my branch.
