How much do Aliens know about us?

I was watching this video about aliens and it was very interesting to know that these aliens are actually real. I'm skeptical about it. But after watching a few episodes i realized that aliens do exist around the world. It opened my mind so much that i have learned a lot of things about what is going on around the world.
