Meine Katze ist krank.
(This is supposed to be a ridiculous story about why I cannot complete an assignment, thank you for all corrections :) )
Ich werde die Schreibecke [= I will not write the writing corner] konnte meine Hausaufgaben [= I couldn't do my homework] nicht schrieben [it's "schreiben", "ei" and "ie" are pronounced completely differently, though English speakers often confuse them] machen, weil meine Katze hat eine Chicken Pot Pie [/Hühnerpastete] gegessen hat [subclause using "weil", verb at the end] und ist sehr krank ist [= und weil meine Katze sehr krank ist, second subclause with shared "weil". This literally means "to be ill, to have an illness", "to be sick" in the sense "to have a bad feeling in your stomach that makes you want to vomit" is "jemandem (Dat). ist übel"]. Ich habe sie zu dem [/zum] Krankenhaus gebracht. Er Sie [die Katze (generic), male: der Kater = tomcat] ist hat [action, not resulting state] sich über alle beschriebenen Blätter [= all the pages I had written] übergeben [particples at the end] an alle mein Papier. Das Erbrochene ist auch an mein Gelb [= the vomit is also at my yellow ???]. Es ist allerorts [outdated, and the correct form would be "allerorten"] überall. Ich habe im zwei Nächte nicht geschlafen. Mein Haus ist eine große Erbrochen pot pie Kotzpastete. Ich habe mein Haus gereinigt [/sauber gemacht], aber es wird [main clause using "aber", verb in second position, the true conjunction "aber" doesn't count] nie mehr wie vorher gleiche wird sind sein. Meine Katze ist glücklich, dass ich sich leiiebe.
[You are still using English word order, pay attention to the rules (verb in 2nd position in a main clause, verb last in a subclause, participles and infinitives at the end, no SVO order). German "ie" is always pronounced like English "ee", German "ei" always like the "i" in "fight, night, like" etc.]
