Is unhealthy to mixing milk with tea ? Recently, I read an article about the negative things of mixing milk with tea ( also coffee). It was interesting of me because I'm a Dietitian and I never heard about this an subject before. The casein, proteins, found in the milk from complexes with catechins in tea . So this's why is unhealthy mixing milk with tea. In the end, what you think about that , is it right or not ?

Is unhealthy to mix milk with tea ?

Recently, I read an article about the negative effects of mixing milk with tea (or coffee). It was interesting for me because I'm a Dietitian and I've never heard about this an subject before.

The casein, proteins, found in the milk from complexes _________ <em>(is there a word missing here?) </em>with the catechins in tea . So this's why it is unhealthy to mixing milk with tea.

In the end, what do you think about that, is it true (<em>right </em>is ambiguous) or not?
