Today I was on my way to work, driving my car and suddenly I looked up and saw a black car skidding in my lane.
In an attempt to avoid a crash, I skipped down gears and then hit the brakes.
The vehicle behind was not maintaining a safe following distance and so I couldn't avoid the rear-end crash.
My car back bumper was damaged, the other car was fine. The driver and I parked our cars in a parking lot. I took his information and to my surprise he told me that he was a coachbuilder so he has offered to repair the damage .
In Rome, it isn't easy to deal with other people's bad driving, it seems to me that people are more focused on their phone than on keeping the speed low and maintain a safe following distance.
It isn't a city, it is a jungle!
