I can't speak English
I'm a Korean guy. Most Koreans pass through certain tracks of education. Some of the educations (or: "some of the tracks") are essential, others are optional. Since when I was a kid, I have been studying English for a very, very long time from essential educations;
(it is unclear what "from essential educations" means here. Do you mean "from early on in my education?")
from elementary school, middle school, and high school, to optional educations; in colleges, universities, academies, after school activities, and so on. I even majored in English Language and Literature in university. However, the problem is that I can't do speak English. I heard that the main reason why foreigners can't speak English well is that they are afraid of making mistakes. I agree with that opinion to some degree, but the more serious thing is that there's no chance at all to speak English with others in most Koreans' everyday lives.
