Bonjour

Je pense que le mot exact est ممنوح avec حاء , ce mot signifie a mon avis que l’élève a bénéficié d'une bourse et غير ممنوح il n'as pas touché de bourse .

In this context it doesn't mean "donation", instead "given" will be the right word to use
