This is my first composition
This is my first composition here,i've no idea how to write and what to write.I'm learning English now and i feel i have some difficult on preposition.for example, i 'm not sure should use "on" or "in" or "at" or "for" sometimes.and i have few vocabulary. i found i can't remember the words i have learn.i just want to reach the level that can communicate to people from English contry.
My mother language is Chinese and if someone want to practise Chinese may be we can chat by Skype in two kinds of language-English and Chinese.

everyone has problems with prepositions, articles, tenses ... and that's just for starters!

I think that this is very communicative for a first post. There are some grammar/spelling mistakes, but I understand your writing very clearly.
With prepositions, it's not always obvious. Do you say, "I went for the store on five o'clock?" or "I went to the store at five o'clock?" There's no rule that will tell you exactly which word to use where. You just have to learn that you say, "I went to the store," and "at five o'clock." However, for communication, it's not a very big deal. Eventually, you can master prepositions, but it will take time. In the meantime, we can understand you either way.
