Queen´s Park Language School (Report) Introduction The aim of this report is to detail student satisfaction with the classes and facilities at the Queen´s Park Language School and to make suggestions for improving future study trips. Accommodation More students were satisfied with their accommodation with families, because they were able to practise their English with the members of the house. However, students who stayed in the halls of residence, could not to speak with natives out of their classes, considering that the majority of students were Spanish. We believe it would be preferable to have more available families in order to avoid the residence. The school In general, students throught the school and the classes were adequate and correct. Their main criticisms were about the lunch and the length of classes. As regards lunch, it is generally thought that only a sandwich is not enough. We know that we have to nourish our body at the same time that our brain. Although it is true that people often have not time to eat something more elaborate. In terms of the duration of classes, we could have a break each two hours to disconnect and speak with other students or even with the teacher. Weekend activities Trips to London and Oxford had rated very highly. On the other hand, to Bath and Stratford were too boring. There are not enough time for shopping and too much sightseeing. We propose that all the trips should have a balanced time for shopping and sightseeing. Conclusion Overall, the majority of students are satisfied with the experience about the trip and the school. We hope that the suggested changes are implemented, to improve the quality of your service.
