The trip
My name is Tim, a engineer. I'm from America.
I'm got a job from a big firm in Australia when I was graduated.
Because I have never been aborad, so I'm very exciting.
I have already being here for six months.
I have already visited a great number of different places in here, and all places are so beautiful.
Because it is not free by public transport, I bought a car recently, I planning visit the rest of places in Australia by myself.
I just have gone Alice Springs, a small town in centre of Australia.
Now I'm prepared to go to Perth.
On the way alone are little longly though, the views along the way are very beautiful, this's enough.
Life is a lonly trip after all.

Hi Sam! Two things to pay attention to:
1) you use the forms of the verb to be (is, am, are, was) were they are not needed and this is a mistake: I WAS graduated (correct: I graduated), I AM got (correct:I got). At the same time, sometimes you omit them: I AM ("am" was missing) planning.
2) You wrote "I am very exciting" and that means "I am a fun person", "I am interesing". You needed to write "I am very EXCITED". People make a lot of similar mistakes.
In such cases you should ask yourself: who DOES the action? The verb here is "to excite", so if I am EXCITED, it means SOMETHING MADE ME feel that way. If I am EXCITING myself, then it's me who does the action, then it's me who makes somebody excited.
Other examples of this are: bored - boring; annoyed - annoying, interested - interesting.
