There is a good athmosphere in the company: 会社の空気はいいです。
The population of the this little village is 1200 people: この田舎の小さな村の人口は1200人です。
The topic of today's conversation: 今日の会話のテーマ
I learned english when I was a high-school student: 高校生時英語を勉強しまいました。
I like craft beer: 人口のビールが大好きです。(I guess this is wrong, in hungarian we use this expression for specal-unique craftbeers, which are not so common to find)
This is not a forest, it is a built park: 森じゃないです, これは人口の公園です。
I'm learning new vocabulary, but it is hard to imagine the words in context and understand how japanese people would use it. I tried to write some practicing sentences. I'm happy for any correction!

You did great job. I corrected a little. I think about first one 会社の空気 or会社の雰囲気 are both Ok depends on the situation, but I prefer 雰囲気 in this situation.
Last one, you wrote人口means population, 人工means artificial or human-made. So you can also write これは人が作った公園です。
