It is a possibility. In many English songs, it is trendy to use the wrong verb tense or leave out words in sentences. I would not recommend learning grammar from English songs, but you could use them to learn some English slang.

Sometimes even native speakers get into the habit of using the wrong tense. And maybe, it sounds better to sing it that way. 'Don't' is one syllable while 'doesn't' is two syllables.
