to make and to do In the beginning of the new year, my mother and I have made an arrangement: I have to make my bed every morning before breakfast, don't make any noise in the afternoon (while she's having her nap) and to do the cleanings at least once at week. In exchange, she help me doing my homework, pick up me doing the shopping once at month and doing sport every Monday. Actually, she's always accomodating with me and she help me doing a lot of thing, so I thing that it could be nice to make a promise to her and be a better doughter.

To keep in mind:

Help + (to) verb in the infinitive

And if you are talking about a specific date in the past (like in this case "the beginning of the new year"), you should use simple past and not present perfect.
