Hungry!! I am very very hungry now!! Today,I had a dinner 6p.m. and have not had nothing to eat since then,so I am very hungry now. What do you do to camouflage hunger when you are very hungry ? Please help me!!

I am very very hungry now!!
Today,I had a dinner at 6p.m. and after that I have not had nothing to eat since then,so I am very hungry now.
What do you do to camouflage / suppress hunger when you are very hungry ?
