Is there any difference between "your own" and "yours"?
Thanks in advance.

A more direct answer of their differences:
'Your' which is always followed by a noun is a possessive pronoun.
Example
Your phone/book etc.
'Yours' which is always found at the end of a sentence as the last word is a possessive adjective.
Example
This phone/book is yours.
I hope that is straight to the point and clear enough.

They can be used interchangeably, but 'your own' suggests more emphasis than 'yours.'

"Your own" can also be used to differentiate your item from someone else's. For example, "That's my book. You should use your own." While it is also correct to say "You should use yours," using "your own" emphasizes the difference between my book and your book.

"your own" is usually used to say you're doing something by yourself, for example people say:
"you are doing this on your own" meaning you are doing it alone
While "yours" is used to say something belongs to someone, For example:
"That book is yours" meaning you own that book
