Everyone does a lot of things every day. Some of them are intentional, and others are not on purpose, but we are definitely effected by all of them. The consequences are both positive and nagative. If the nagative effects are big enough which really influence your life, you will feel sad, and realize that what wrong things you have made. For example, if you drive car after getting drunk, you have broken the law that causes some terrible effects. For the people who work for the government, they are even be fired. So, in order to reduce committing crimes, nafitve examples about crime often post online which give us a lesson and tell us how much we will be punished if we commit the same crime. It really works. Next time, if we have the chance to do some bad things, the pictures of people who did the same things and have been put into jails suddenly come into our mind, then we stop crime and avoid getting some bad effects which can ruin our lives.

People do a lot of things every day. Some of those things are intentional, and some are not, but we are definitely affected by all of them. The consequences are both positive and negative. If the negative effects are big enough which really influence your life, you could feel sad, because of the bad things you have done. For example, if you drive a car when you are drunk, you will have broken the law. For those people who work for the government, they could even be fired. So, in order to reduce crime, *nafitve* {I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS WORD: what do you mean to say here? Who posts?} examples about crime often post online which teaches us a lesson and tells us how we will be punished if we commit the same crime. It really works. Next time, if we had the chance to do some bad things, the pictures of people who have done the same things and have been thrown in jail would suddenly come into our mind, then we would not commit the crime and would avoid negative effects which would ruin our lives.
As you're talking in the conditional tense a lot here (if something happens, something else might happen) I've changed words from 'you will' to 'you could', as these are rhetorical situations (you're imagining the situation) and not actual events that have happened. For eg. "IF we had the chance to do something, this event WOULD happen afterwards". But that situation hasn't actually happened so the result is imagined. This is a second conditional sentence, which we use when it is a hypothetical sentence. It is implied that if we had a chance to do something NOW, it will be UNLIKELY or IMPOSSIBLE in the near future. We form the second conditional in this way: if + past simple, ...would + infinitive
