I am trying to find the meaning of "usong." If you look online, it normally states "trendy" but I remember it being used like helping to carry a load or when you share a heavy bag between two people. I asked my mom regarding the second meaning (usong) and yes, it means to help carry a heavy load.

Pronunciation is different. From where I live, it isn't used much. Personally, I don't use this word. I don't think I have ever used it. I use "tulong".
