Topluluk EğitmeniStruggling with “chuān” vs. “dài” in Chinese? You’re not alone! 🤔
Ever put on a shirt and thought, “Do I ‘chuān’ it or ‘dài’ it?” Many Chinese learners find this tricky!
In short:
• 穿 (chuān) is mainly for clothing on your torso and legs (shirts, pants, dresses, shoes, socks).
• 戴 (dài) is for accessories you put on (glasses, watches, hats, jewelry, masks).
Wrong: 我穿眼镜。 ❌
Right: 我戴眼镜。 (I wear glasses.) ✅
Comment below with a sentence using both words! I’ll check your answers. 👍
