I'm an English native speaker (American accent) and fairly solid in Chinese (though seeking to expand my vocabulary). I'm also a beginning learner of Japanese, so if it works out, maybe we can help each other in these languages.
I've also worked as an English writing coach for immigrant students in the past :) 
What kind of partner are you looking for (any specific age, gender, interest requirements), what would you like to talk about? (Vocab expansion? Studying English literature?) And do you have a structure you prefer (weekly/monthly? TPRS-style or random chat? focus on pronunciation? etc)
