I was really tired today. Work was very busy, and I didn’t eat breakfast *or* lunch, so I was tired both physically and mentally. I did a good job today.

"I didn't eat this or that" correctly means you had neither. Everything else is great and well done for pushing through such a tough day! You did do a good job. 😊
