One of the things that I like the most about December is the food. For example,
Hallaca is a traditional Venezuelan dish which is mainly made between the months
of November and December. I love hallacas so much, and I also enjoy
getting together with my family to make them, because this dish is very complex; it
requires a lot of preparation. I think we are going to make many hallacas
tomorrow to eat during the rest of this month. Once they are ready we let them go
cold, then put them in the freezer.
