Which sentence is correct, "There is no certainty that the exam would be held." or "There is no certainty that the exam will be held."

"There is no certainty that the exam will be held." This is correct as "Is" and "will" are future tense meaning has not taken place. In the sentence would is considered past tense. Therefore the only way it would make sense would be "There WAS no certainty that the exam would be held."
