I would advise against doing that. I think that it's important to be yourself and act as natural as you possibly can on a job interview. However, I think there are other ways to accomplish this while still using formal English. When is your job interview?! That's very exciting. Good luck! If you want anymore support about this don't hesitate to message me. <3 Nicky

It is better to use more formal language, so try to use going to, want to and so on instead. However, if it is a very relaxed sort of interview and not the usual kind, it may be good to use informal language. Are you preparing for an interview? :)

I would way no. In an intereview you are on your best behavior. So, you dress better, speak in a more educated manner, etc. than you may do after you have the actual job. For example, I once interviewed an I.T. intern who didn't wear socks. My thought was - - - if he gets the job will he stop wearing shoes?

I would not personally. I view it like the old adage, “It’s better to overdressed than underdressed” . Speaking formally and proper can not hurt, while speaking in slang would be very dependent on the interviewers personality.

Depends. These are informal forms. Normally interviews are more formal and you would therefore not use these words but instead use more formal forms of language. But sometimes employers prefer to choose a very informal style of communication. If the job interviewer is very informal, using language like that used in a chat with a friend, then yes you could use the same type of communication
