I think taking care of the food you are eating and doing aerobic exercises every day are the two main things that can keep you fit, without going to the gym. We usually consume so much sugar and eat junk food, which I think are the most prominent reasons for becoming obese.
Overall, it was well written. There were only one or two spelling corrections and two rewordings required. Well done.
