I brush my teeth and go to the toilet around 23:30 My eyes usually almost close at that time. And it’s all done with bedtime routine.

It’s my pleasant time. I brush my teeth and go to the toilet around 23:30 My eyes usually almost close at that time. It’s all I do for my bedtime routine.
