Could someone explain the meaning of  مسكرة ? Make a sentence please with it !

it's not mascara because mascara in Arabic written (ماسكارا )  but the word مسكرة maybe means sweet or surgery for dessert dishes or funny and friendly for the friendly person as Egyptians say
