It took a minute for me to understand this sentence. It's surely not modern Turkish, this is probably another Turkic language like Azerbaijani.
To my understanding this is the modern Turkish version:
"Geçme namert köprüsünden, bırak sel seni götürsün!"
"Do not cross the bridge of the craven, let the flood take you!"
'koy' in Turkish means 'put' from which I derived 'let/leave'
'aparsın' from the verb 'aparmak' in Azerbaijani means 'to bring' or 'to take (along/away)'; 'götürmek' in Turkish.
I knew this word already, which is what helped me dissolve the meaning of the sentence.

Can you please tell me where you heard/read this?
aparsın does not exist in modern Turkish, I know it exists in Azerbaijani and other Turkic languages.
