I think to use Japanese misic and movie and drama for study Japanese is one of good way.For example, you look for slow rhythm's misic, if you can understand what does mean of words of a song and sing well, maybe you can keep on going to study japanese. Because this way has not only just study but also include fun!!

I do the same as teacher says and my japanese improved greatly by one year. I know 4 languages by now(japanese not complete though) and I know that if you love a language you will learn it lightning fast. がんばってね～

With ease? Impossible.

-Find a nice language exchange partner who shares some common interest with you. -Enjoy Japanese movie, anime etc. (Like Kanae-san suggested.) Please note that these are just fun activities using Japanese. To be able to read, write, and speak fluently is completely different stories.

With ease? If it were easy then everyone would try it. It's never easy to learn a language. The only way is serious and hard study!
