折れる and 壊れる - both of them mean to break according to google translate. what's the difference?
for example, in the sentence "tree branch broke down because of the yesterday's strong wind" which one fits best.

風で 木が 折れる。
強く書いたので、えんぴつが 折れる。
階段から落ちて 骨が 折れる。
地震で 家が 壊れる。
事故で 車が 壊れる。
ウィルスで コンピューターが 壊れる。

In this case we always use "折れる".
折れる is used when something long (like a stick, bone, etc.) gets broken into shorter pieces.
壊れる is used in a broader sense to describe "to get broken, destroyed, wrecked"
BTW, another useful verb is 割れる, which means something round or flat (like a dish, egg, etc)
gets broken or something long gets chopped (split) in two pieces (cf. chopsticks, 割りばし)
