Both a model and the object it modeled *are* some of entities in certain spaces. but yet, I think may be it's better (correct?) as this: There are three spaces... Both a model and the object it modeled *is* some of entity in a certain space. I'm not soure whith one is correct? or how to write it appropriately?sorry, many mistakes :-p - both A and B - I want to write - I'm not sure which one is correct?

Two things represent the subject, so use the plural form "are". I can't see how "is" could possibly be correct in your example. Apart from that, your sentence is still difficult to understand. What exactly do you mean?

Both A and B are...... Always use "are".
