Is this kind of expression common? Is there any diffence between the two kinds of word order? Maybe this happens only because of rhythmic reason? Actually, you read it as " a nice [cup of tea] ". This is the commonest way of saying it in English. "A cup of nice tea" is grammatically correct, but suggests the options of "everyday tea" or even "awful tea". A cup of tea is always nice. :)
