In this situation you can use the word 'pop' to mean 'each'. If your dog has puppies and you want to sell them, you can say 'I am going to sell the puppies for $100 a pop' it has the same meaning as 'I am going to sell the puppies for $100 each'......just more informal. Thanks

Each of them costs 25 $. They're saying that they just keep creating new mosters, printing them on cards and selling each of them for 25 $. Tickets cost 10 $ a pop=Every ticket costs 10$
