Bei der zentralen Notaufnahme werden die Patienten von Ärzten verschiedener Abteilungen untersucht. Es sind also mehrere Ärzte zuständig. Bei der dezentralen ist das nicht der Fall. But you are referring to the German ZNA ... You can somehow relate it to the ER but in Germany there are differences between ZNA and DNA.
