How to understand these two sentences?
In my book there are 2 sentences that's confused me...1.der et i orden 2.Det vet jeg ikke.
In my book the translations of the sentences are---1.That's Okay. 2.I do not know.
But in the sent 2,why is the"det"added there?...why is the no.1 rendered as"it's okay?"...Shouldn't it be like"it's in order"?
Takk!!

1. You're right. It's not a litteral translation.
2. Here it's made into a passive sentence. You can also say "Jeg vet ikke", which is closer to the english.
