Kaso could mean 'case' or 'but' depending on how you use it. ex: Magsampa ng kaso. - File a case or sue someone. Papunta na ako kaso inutasan ako ng nanay ko. - I was on my way but my mother sent me on an errand. Saken or sakin is a shortcut for 'sa akin' which means 'mine.' es: Sa akin ito. - This is mine. Mangyayari is the correct word. It means 'will happen.' ex: Ano kaya ang mangyayari sa kanya. - I wonder what's going to happen to him/her. I am unfamiliar with the word 'jota'.

It is Mangyayari not Mangyayori. Mangyayari is the future tense of Nagyayari. Nagyayari is the continuous tense. Manyayari means "will happen". Nangyayari means "happening"
