عيد ميلاد سعيد Aïd Millad Saîd
You can add
وَ كل عام و أنت بخير Wa kull 3am wa ant bikhair
if you want to sing the song of Happy Birthday : سنة حلوة يا جميل Sana Hilwa ya Gamil.
You can replace Gamil by the name of the person
