Never. :)))))))
The plural of "foot" is "feet". One, "foot", more than one, "feet"
"I have one foot bigger than the other, but his feet are the same size."
"Put your best foot forward."
"You know what they say about people with big feet?"

The plural of 'foot' is always 'feet', never 'foots'.
However, 'to foot' is a verb. It means 'to pay' informally.
So I could say 'My parents footed the bill for my wedding'. In this sense you can say 'foots' in the third-person singular - 'He always foots the bill when we eat out'.

Feet vs Foot
• Foot is a unit of measurement in the imperial system while feet is its plural
• Foot is one leg whereas when we talk about both legs we refer to them as feet.
• Foot is also used as an adjective to describe the object coming afterwards.

Hi :) the word is 1 foot 2 feet. Foot is singular. Feet is plural. There is no 's' on the end. It's an irregular noun. Like the word man. 1 man 2 men.
Hope this helps.
