不能做黑人真是此生有憾啊
That's my only regret, you know.
388
00:26:15,208 --> 00:26:18,999
我本来可以是黑人的
Cos I would have been a cool black man. I'm talking Miles or Prince.
389
00:26:19,000 --> 00:26:21,291
但现在我是犹太人 这也不错
But I'm Jewish, you know. It's good, too.
390
00:26:21,292 --> 00:26:24,457
都差不多一样 我们都是游民 靠
It's almost the same. We've both been buked forever. Tough shit.
391
00:26:24,458 --> 00:26:27,382
- 游民? - 老兄
- Buked? - Big-time, bro. Open your eyes.
392
00:26:28,167 --> 00:26:29,669

"Buked" is not regarded as a standard English word, but we understand it from "rebuked", meaning repressed, scolded, or criticised.
The important thing is that a "rebuke" is given as a reaction to someone's behaviour (note that "re-" prefix). By removing the prefix, the speaker is ımplyıng that they haven't done anything to deserve such poor treatment.
