"There is no people". "There is no people". Could this sentence be coorrect in some meanings ? I mean using "is" instead ussing "are". The Google says it is possible but it is not quite clear to me when it is correct to use "is" and when should I use "are". Thanks.

No. It should be: "There are no people". However, in oral speech you can could hear "There's no people" but to say "There is no people" sounds wrong and awkward - but even "There's no people" is grammatically incorrect, oral and informal use only. Normally (a native speaker at least) You would say "There's no one" which has the same meaning.
