how do you say "How are you?" in Korean?
After saying Hello to someone how would i respond with a "How are you?" and any possible terms in which they would say back? (Im good, Im fine, Great, etc.)

잘지내요? (jal ji nae yo) - informal, polite.
잘지내? (jal ji nae) - informal, casual.

They would probably answer (just add 요 to be polite) :
- 좋아 (joh a) - good.
- 잘지내 (jal ji nae) - i'm doing well, i'm okay.
- 대박 (dae bak) - awesome.
 
and etc.

Its the same. When someone says Annyeonghaseyo you answer him back Annyeonghaseyo..unless you're meeting with someone you know that you haven't seen for a long time you may say 당신은 잘 지냈어요?(dangshineun jaljinaesseoyo?)
im good/fine/great/doing well=잘 지내고 이써요(jaljinaego-isseo-yo.)
