Shall and will are two of the English modal verbs
"Shall" is used to indicate future action. It is most commonly used in sentences with "I" or "we," and is often found in suggestions, such as "Shall we go?
shall i take your mobile phone with me?
shall we begin lunch?

All of the above answers are right, but the word "shall" is rarely used in US other than the King James Bible. Several other phrases are used to convey the same meaning.

The word "shall" is an old English word, and you would normally only use it if you want to be very proper (such as for fancy social situations). The word shall used to be used to either:
1. Ask a question (shall I ____?)
2. State an action that will occur in the future (I shall ____).
I highly recommend using the words "will" or "should" instead of the word "shall". Sometimes the phrase "would you like" is also substituted for shall the word "shall" in modern conversation.
For example, you could say, "Should I get you something to eat?" or "Would you like me to get you something to eat?" or "Will you get me something to eat?" instead of using shall in those sentences.
When using the word "shall" to state an action instead of asking a question, everyone uses the words "will" or "am going to" instead of shall. Such as, "I will run" or "I am going to run" (similar to the verb tense "ir + a" in Spanish.
