You can say or write that pluralities, such as Many Things or Most Things are "different" or that there is a "difference" between them; but you would never write or say "different" with an S on the end, okay? I think there is a big difference between "to spot" and "to notice." Notice is much more common. To spot something means that it was hidden or difficult to see. So I would say: Did you notice her ring? I noticed that his English is excellent. I spotted the movie star even though she was wearing a disguise.
