as i know跟 means"With" but here means "after" is that other means of 跟 ? please
跟我说。。say after me
跟我读。。read after me

معنی اصلی گِن دنبال است
跟着我(gen1 zhe wo3)=دنبال من
و بعداً بمعنی با يا به می گويند
跟我说(gen1 wo3 shuo1)=به من بگو
تفاوت اينها در فعل است
هر فعلی که معنای جابجا شدن دارد مثل
来/去/走/上……
معنی گِن دنبال می باشد
و اگر فعل جمله حرکت ديگر باشد مثل
讲/说/读/学……
معنی گِن با يا به می باشد

跟when used as a prep. means "with" just like 和 in Chinese. 跟when used as verb, means follow

跟 means to "follow closely" or to "go with something"
In the examples you mentioned:
跟我說= say it with me
跟我讀= read it with me
跟我來= come with me
