太 字在 太好吃了 和 太棒了 中 的作用是 副詞 使用於肯定意義時 是形容程度極高 是在原來的形容詞意義上 再加重其程度 如 太偉大了！ 太精細了！ 而 可 兼有 轉折 與 強調 的意味 說話人對原來的發言表示進一步不同的看法 與堅持的態度 例如 甲 : 我不喜歡某某餐廳的菜色 乙 : 你有所不知 那裡的 乾燒明蝦 可棒了

When you praise, use "太 adj 了”, when you describe, use "可 adj 了“ ex. （you are eating something...)这个真好吃，太棒了！ (later you tell your friend this is good) 我吃过这个，可好吃了！/可棒了！

Exclaiming right at the moment => 太...了. It has a connotation of "too ... to be true". If I have to translate them, I'd go for "(omg) That's so great!" and "I'm telling you, that's really great."
