Both are correct. They have a slight difference.
Mañana cumplo 18 (I will turn 18 tomorrow)
Mañana cumplo los 18 (I will turn 18 tomorrow, not 17, not 19... 18). The emphasis is on the 18.

both of them, you olaso can say:
Mañana es mi cumpleaños numero 18
Mañana cumplo 18 años
Mañana será mi cumpleaños numero 18
Mañana cumpliré 18 años
Mañana voy a cumplir 18 años
Mañana estare cumpliendo 18 años
