I wanna know what did Joey hear in this conversation instead of omnipotent? Nipotent?Has it meaning?

hey!!..i jus watched that episode and even when your question is like 6 7 months old,i cudnt stop myself from writng this cuz the joke was amazing if one gets it....  actually  joey confused the word omnipotent with IMPOTENT and not nipotent.. :)
