Pros/Cons and Advantages/Disadvantages are the positive and negative aspects of a proposed plan or idea. Strengths and Weaknesses are the strong or weak points of a person or thing. A strength is something that a person or company does well. An advantage is something that is useful to the speaker. I hope you can see the difference?
